Bachelor's degree or equivalent

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Fraud, Abuse and Waste (FAW) prevention and detection Risk Manager to conduct fraud detection/prevention product development, create FAW detection modeling and perform risk assessment activities across Amazon's Worldwide employee and contractor base. You will build relationships with senior leaders and influence improvements throughout the company. You will perform a wide range of financial, operational, and technological risk assessments and identify/detect fraud vectors within the Amazon employee, contractor and third-party vendor population. We are seeking an individual with a strong audit background and a keen eye for identifying anomalies in data and processes. You must be an excellent writer who can succinctly communicate complicated technical and operational issues in business terms. You must be comfortable performing in a highly collaborative environment and working with your peers to accomplish joint efforts to meet the objectives of the organization. You must be able to manage end-to-end projects and borrowed resources.

Key job responsibilities

Heredia, H, CRI
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects, to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- MBA, or CPA
