**Responsibilities**:
- Assists in leading Finance, Risk, FRI and FRSS efforts to provide accurate information of the highest quality to customers, shareholders and regulators, grounded in developing and instituting the most efficient production processes.
- Participates in defining and establishing appropriate data standards, understanding the data needs of regulatory and internal reporting, the acquisition of that data, the financial reconciliation and Data Quality measurement of that data and fixing issues at source through the Issue Management Resolution process and other transformation programs.
- Works to ensure that functions are compliant with Citigroup Data Management Policy
- Provides regular status updates to Senior Management and Stakeholders
- Responsible for coordinating control activities for the reconciliations and proof functions performed daily by the group.
- Monitors the aged general ledger accounts
- Researches and refers open items, resolves problems, the
- Reports on daily performance of the Transaction Authentication Function (MIFT), running daily and weekly reports, creating weekly MIS reporting, and participating in projects that affect the proof and recon functions.

- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Assist in review and monitoring of meeting materials provided for DTOC Activities
Assist in monitoring and escalation of breaches in reporting of TTOM Risk and Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Program Benchmarking.
Assist in providing guidance and advise to the Pillar Leads and SLT on overall process risks, compliance and regulations
Assist in coordination, review and submission of materials related Re Performance, Audit and Regulatory Exams
Assist in monitoring and process improvement of tools used within QTS Risk and Control
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in areas related to Risk, Audit, Treasury, Regulations
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Business Analyst skills
- Project Management skills are preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and motivated individual
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree finished in areas related to Finance
