Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or related field.
- 5+ years working in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Financial Operations role.
- Experience working in or collaborating with a Professional Services Organization
- Strong data querying skills including Microsoft Excel Skills (vlookup, pivot tables, charting, etc).
- Demonstrated experience generating business reports.

We're looking for a driven Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our growth.
Based out of San Jose, Costa Rica, you will support the AMER business leadership with financial transactional support ensuring that projects across practices are invoiced accurately and timely.
Working as part of a cross-functional team with the ProServe Business Operations Managers, ProServe Accounts Receivables (AR) team, ProServe Order 2 Revenue team, and ProServe Business Stakeholders you will drive mechanism improvements in ProServe revenue operations, identify and resolve customer issues related to revenue operations, credits and rebills, and collections.
Key job responsibilities
- Will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for billing process and project management activities across practices within AMER.
- Drive resolution for billing and collections issues by partnering with Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Project teams.
- Perform ad hoc, deep dive analysis as needed to develop recommendations and impact the decision-making of revenue operations process improvements that reduces credit and rebills and delayed collections.
- Identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities.
- Contributing to the writing of business papers around financial operations for internal audiences.
- Experience working with multiple financial and reporting systems (Oracle Financials, FinancialForce, Tableau, SFDC, etc).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting business, project and solution topics to audiences of different roles including technical experts, project managers and line of business leaders.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish/Portuguese, but not required.
