**Description**
The reservations intern will work in conjunction with commercial, operations, and marketing departments to maximize our conversion rate of direct sales and increase the revenue of this segment also will audit future bookings of all segments (Direct/OTAS/Groups/C&S) in the PMS to maximize inventory.
Also, will help the customers with Q&A assuring an excellent customer service and response rate.
Will report directly to the Regional Revenue Manager under the commercial department.
**As a Revenue Intern you will**:
- Room types, Rate plans, and yielding.
- Definition of Revenue Management and basic concepts.
- Pricing Strategy by segments.
- OTAs, Wholesalers, GDS, marketing campaigns, Metasearch.
- Extranet management and tools.
- WINKS PMS and reports.
- OTA INSIGHT analysis.
- Reporting: Demand calendar, Forecast, and Comparison.
- Market research: Demand vs Supply, Composite pricing, and others.
