**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry of all patient information.
- Review documents and Fill in the necessary paper work, in order to summit to customers.
- Upload documents and customers submitions in SmileCheck.
- Input and review data for Claim accounting.
- Handle escalations and report anomalies.
- Special Projects and other duties as needed.
Work with both inbound and outbound customer calls in a fun and team-oriented environment.
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for every costumer you speak with when answering questions.
Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**:
- Customer Service Experience
- Claim Accounting or Account Receivable process knowledge is a plus
- English proficiency C1 preferably or B2+ as a minimum (Written and Spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel knowledge is a must.
Attention to detail and data input of numbers.
- Great attitude and willingness to help others.
- Work under pressure.
- Team player.
