As a Retail Business Advisor, you will coordinate, through the licensees and with the involvement of PPG's internal areas, important commercial actions focused on increasing sales, profitability and market share of the Specialty Stores, looking to capitalize to the maximum the business opportunities.
You will report to B2B and B2C Commercial Director Centroamerica
You will be #LI-Onsite in our site in Costa Rica.
**Main Responsibilities**
- You will increase sales and profitability of specialized stores, together with the dealer and the different areas of PPG such as Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, among others.
- You will analyze the business opportunities offered by the market, the existing competition, the different customer segments and the commercial and service tools available at PPG, and based on this, develop a comprehensive commercial and service plan together with the Territory Manager and Internal Areas of PPG.
- You will be the liaison between the dealer and PPG, with the objective of transmitting needs, requirements, problems, risks, opportunities, among others, that serve to take care of the present and future of the business, and the investments of the dealer and PPG.
- You will be responsible for tropicalizing, adapting and bringing to fruition any commercial, operational or service initiative, impregnating all that local knowledge in each one of them, so that they are achieved and fulfill their purpose for which they were designed.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Administration, Design and Business.
- Advanced English.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Market analysis and identification
- 3+ years experience with internal and external team management.
- 3+ years experience in corporate CRM management, and Objection Handling Skills and Commercial Approach.
