**What are we looking for**:
**Main Functions**:
Adapts and executes the Responsible Business plan.
Coordinating and supervising the local market activities in the CARCAM community.
Provides information and insights to the regional team to ensure initiatives are rooted in the reality of the cluster.
Proposes local responsible business initiatives and look after current ones.
Improves knowledge and commitment to Responsible Business practices throughout the market organization.
Looks after the consideration of the sustainability strategy and goals as key variables for investment decisions and practices.
Coordinates with HSE and Compliance to monitor and inform about the regulatory agendas and the best practices in CARCAM.
Establishes and keeps alliances and collaboration with strategic social actors (according to Inchcape business strategy).
Collects data and informs Responsible Business metrics and achievements.
Provides info to produce the Annual Responsible Business Summary.
Provides data and metrics to be delivered to IR department for reporting.
**Main Skills & qualifications**:
- University degree in Sustainability management or Engineering.
- Previous 3 years of experience in this practice.
- Previous experience with projects that aim to reduce C02 emissions (Must)
- Very strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Data oriented.
- Project management.
- English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
