**Professional Services Resource Coordinator**

**Role**:
Splunk Professional Services (PS) is a growing and dynamic organization which plays a key role in the success of our customers, our employees and our company. Our PS Resource Coordinators plan and allocate resources to a project to support delivery and customer success through collaboration with cross-functional teams. They are highly organized, strong communicators and strive to make decisions that balance business goals and delivery needs. **Responsibilities**:

- Daily monitoring of Resource Request queue and fulfillment
- Partner with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to manage resources, schedules, and timelines to ensure key milestones are met
- Handle staffing escalations from start to finish ensuring that the business is supported throughout the process and the resource management process is followed
- Optimize utilization by making staffing decisions in support of the deployment strategy for the business
- Partner with Consultant Managers and Subcontractor Partner Managers on resource availability, as well as shadow and enablement opportunities for internal and subcontractor partner resources
- Provide daily updates to FinancialForce to feed revenue forecasting based on scheduling, budgets, and hours
- Request and manage Splunk Cloud access for resources actively delivering on Splunk Cloud
- Collaborate on operational initiatives through analyzing, documenting and improving PS operational processes
- Manage forecast risk with tracking internal projects and tentative assignments
- Manage various operational reports to support data hygiene within FinancialForce

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 1+ years experience in resource management/coordination, professional services, or operations role
- Experience in providing services in support of internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
- Ability to engage at senior levels and well-versed in the practices and demands of progressive and evolving Services organizations.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work in potentially time sensitive and pressure situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Experience working in FinancialForce/PSA/Salesforce preferred

**Shift Schedule(s)**:

- 6:00am CST - 3:00pm CST (AMER East)
- 10:00am CST - 7:00pm CST (AMER West)
- 7:00am CET - 4:00pm CET (EMEA)
- 9:00am CET - 6:00pm CET (EMEA)
