**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Research Associate within BCG's Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will form an integral part of our America DRS team. Through the delivery of secondary research, you will contribute to BCG's client work and knowledge base by supporting proposals, client cases and business or internal development initiatives.
BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area offers a broad range of consulting services across four key sectors: Global and Regional Banks, Payments and Fintechs and Asset & Wealth Managers. BCG's financial services consulting leaders offer strategic thinking, transformative expertise, and technical know-how. We draw on deep financial sector relationships and inter-disciplinary knowledge across multiple industries, capturing best practices that cut across global markets.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Undergraduate Degree minimum (a preference for a degree in business, economics, accounting, statistics)
- 0-2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent English - written and oral communication: (Portuguese is a plus)
