Description Physical Security Clerk function is to assist all types of duties required by the area, such as managing the four special systems under Physical Security scope, support the coordination of the outsourced Security personnel and keep up with daily activities.RESPONSABILITIESProvides clerical support to the physical security department, with daily activities such as all type of procedures development along with the coordinator.Keeps all the security files in an organized manner, these are documents generated by security company provider (All the implemented security forms)Provides administrative support in implementing security, compliance, and safety policies.Performs a daily audit to all the areas through the CCTV and completes a daily report with any incident.Audits all security documents generated by security and performs monthly evaluations to the outsourced security.Supports investigations of security cases through the CCTV system and badging system.Manages the access control system requests (activations, deactivations, modifications, and reports) and stickers ID print outs.Create and update local physical security standards, along with the coordinator, to comply with all Security regulations.Security Clerk Skills and Qualifications:Excellent teamwork, communication, and participatory skills.Strong organizational skills.Intermediate skills in Windows and Office365 applications.Accuracy and attention to details.High sense of responsibility.VisibilityReliability.Punctuality.Confidentiality.Academic Background:Minimum 1-3 years completed from the university.
