**This is project-based opportunity, and you will be engaged as an independent contractor.**

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of city and surrounding areas, including rental market and local schools.
- Clean and reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door, late model with functional heat and air conditioning).
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid ¨Hacienda¨ ID for Independent contractor services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience.

**Please note that this opportunity does not pair well with full time employment.**

Pay rate: $24 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ¢12,000.00 per hour
