**Regulatory Specialist**

The **Regulatory Specialist** will be responsible for documentation and recording of all regulatory data in an organized manner. This role is responsible for maintaining updated records and keeping track of the renewal timelines and requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a system for documenting, tracking and managing all regulatory filings.
- Complete and submit all required forms and documentation for course and provide approvals in a timely manner.
- Execute on the renewal roadmap and keep track of upcoming & in-review renewals.
- Provide all documentation and fulfill all regulatory requirements for any external audit conducted by the regulators.
- Conduct periodic internal audits for regulatory compliance.
- Proactively submit the forms for address change, director change etc. to the regulators to keep their records current for any changes within the organization.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or any other equivalent degree is preferred. Other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience can also be considered.
- Must have at least one year of working experience in any relevant industry providing similar skill sets required by the job.
- Fresh graduates with internships can also be considered for this position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including advanced use of spreadsheets is a must.
- Must be highly organized, result oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment with adaptability to change.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and speed are required for completion of every project.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to stay calm and perform well under stressful conditions.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and follow up and follow through project schedules.
- Understanding of American English
