2+ years Seller Support experience
- 1+ year on Compliance, Audit or Risk roles and Project/Program Management experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills; including the ability to find, interpret, and make recommendations based on available data.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication and public speaking skills, as well as composure under pressure and professional attitude.
- Experience in use of Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, Power Point and other reporting tools.
- In "Good Standing", and should not be on Performance Improvement Plan.
The Global Regulatory Operational Adherence (GROA) team is responsible for ensuring Selling Partner Services teams are compliant with global regulations within each Seller transaction.
GROA ensures associates follow regulations outlined by various regions by identifying gaps in processes, finding solutions to mitigate, and auditing to ensure continued compliance.
The GROA Specialist is responsible for understanding new and existing regulatory obligations that impact our Operations teams and then identifying what products, processes and resources are necessary to be compliant.
In conjunction with key stakeholders across the organization, you will execute regulated audits aligned with the vision of ensuring a compliant Seller interaction by analyzing, following standard operational processes and report accordingly.
You will build mechanisms from start to end; oversee the collection and analysis of data by using support tools or manual deep dive, go through pilot phases, implementation funnels, training and support delivery, reporting development and more.
Additionally, you will partner with Service Delivery/Operations leaders, Trainers, Capacity Planning, Partner Relationship, Business Teams, Executive Escalation Teams and other key stakeholders across Amazon to drive your daily objectives through to completion.
We are seeking an experienced auditor and team player who can prioritize and deliver on deadlines with mínimal supervision, and has the ability to use influence to drive project deliverables.
You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment and be able to partner with multiple stakeholders across the company.
- Experience working within Regulations, Complaints and Data Subject Access is a plus.
- Additional language fluency (specifically in Chinese, German, Italian, Hindi).
