As an occupational safety leader role reporting directly to OU (Operating Unit) Occupational Health and Safety Lead and will also be a member of the OU (Operating Unit) Regional leadership team with clear responsibility to coordinate the end-to-end occupational safety agenda cross functionally across your Region, with Technical Operations, Customer & Commercial and PACS (Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability).If you are a leader experienced in leading scale transformation programs, change management, technical, QSE - Quality, Safety and Environment background, and wants to join an innovative team, we would love to speak with you!**What we expect from you**:- The role has direct impact and influence over the development of the most optimum regional Occupational Safety & Health (OHS) strategy and implementation plans in line with the global strategy and The Coca Cola System vision to protect our people and enhance our regional reputation.- The strategic footprint of the role spans from regional operations connecting end-to-end the design, and partner pillars, achieve regional goals and roadmap evolution.- The role is responsible for the Regional OHS OPEX/CAPEX decisions.- Safety and Health (OHS) strategy: As a key member of the OU (Operating Unit) Occupational Safety leadership team, ensure within regional OHS strategy and commitments the most optimum and accelerated implementation of the OHS strategy.- Governance, compliance: Ensure all license to operate and KORE sustainability requirements, OU (Operating Unit) governance are in place in line with the global governance framework requirements.- Innovation: Ensure OHS innovation pipeline initiatives, such as telemetric, AI, Virtual Training.- OU Safety and Health network orchestration: Drive organizational alignment on operational Safety & Health across Region and Bottling partners. Implement OHS and overall Culture and Strategies in the Region.- Safety & Health culture and performance excellence: The Regional OHS Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the overall culture transformation to build and manage the excellence performance enablement OHS systems and programs. Responsible to improve performance that accelerates business results in term of OHS.- Support the long-term OU Operating Unit OHS vision, drive engagement with the system partners and lead Regional Safety & Health planning to achieve goals.- Implement the Regional OHS strategy, create governance and controls to implement the strategy, monitor the internal and external trends.- Implement performance models and systems to track risks and mitigation plans. In line with the corporate OHS metrics define and implement Regional S&H metrics and best-in-class trend analytics used for continuous improvement:- Identify and communicate trends and challenges that impact our regional business performance and collaborate with OU Occupational Safety Lead to ensure governance models remain relevant. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to anticipate new taxes that can impact the business.- Provide regional franchise leadership with key stakeholders to ensure necessary investments are planned to ensure governance requirements are met. Influence and shape S&H investment plans including complex analysis of cost, infrastructure and culture developments, strategic partnerships. Close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Regional Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Customer & Commercial, PACS (Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability) and Franchise System leadership teams.- Connect strategically with external and internal networks and stakeholders to drive performance and benchmarking efforts and transform people and organizational capabilities accordingly.- Provide technical guidance on establishing root cause analysis and OHS IMCR resolution in markets**Qualification & Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Safety/OHS Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related areas.- +5 years of experience in Technical/QSE (Quality Safety Environment) operations- End-to-End Safety & Health knowl
