**Job Summary**:
This role will have several areas of focus.
The three key areas are project/client/program implementations for both new and existing clients as well as special projects that span across numerous teams or accounts for the benefit of the whole and performance optimization.
This is done through process assessments, process enhancement solutions and implementations, training and the creation of enduring materials.
Additionally, some other areas of focus include training, presentations, thought leadership, consulting and relationship building.

- Implementations:

- Break projects into doable actions and set timelines
- Liaise with leaders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of project
- Work closely with leadership to support them on project needs and requirements while also taking project ownership and ability to move project forward.
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with both internal teams and external client teams.
- Continually evaluate, communicate, measure, and monitor client expectations and service level requirements.
- Work closely to identify/resolve issues from start to finish internally and with external client, as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Drive results keeping everyone on task and accountable
- Provide implementation leadership and execution of implementation and project plans.
Work to support and ensure consistency in communication, product delivery, timeline adherence on project plans (internal and external).
- Lead implementation kick-offs, operational projects and discussions and own project plans.
- Special Projects
- Lead key projects and tasks internally and prioritize based on needs.
This can include projects across all SMM accounts.
Ability to see big picture and work among various accounts is important.
In addition to ensuring process standardization and flexibility when needed.
- Enterprise and organizational special projects as assigned based on current workload and focus
- Seek to identify Special Projects that may be absent
- Performance Optimization
- Resource for current teams for a SOP/process review/account assessment to determine gaps and efficiencies
- Resource for new accounts to evaluate/understand client's processes and advise on path forward blending BCD M&E Best Practices with client's needs
- Resource for Operational Assessment, Process review and SOP design consulting engagements
- Resource for existing accounts where service model is challenged, or gaps are presenting to conduct an operational assessment and recommendation analysis
- Roll out process efficiency and productivity gains to all clients upon identification of best practices, including a methodology to show impact against change
- Work with BCD M&E Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to build case studies to show impact of this role in partnering with operations teams with tangible change examples and ROI
- Resource to the Sales team for input on Resource Modeling/Operational Insights/Current Practices/Time Tracking
- Resource to implement a specific process change or added service
- Implementation SME/contributor available to assist with recruiting, training, change management, resource modeling and SOP creation (this is separate from the role of the Implementation Manager)

- Must be agile and adapt to regular re-prioritization of multiple projects and priorities, responding swiftly to urgent requests and delivering accurate work under aggressive timelines.

**Education / Knowledge / Experience**

Essential:

- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Meetings & Events industry
