Develop a schedule and list of activities that will be completed each month.Assist workplace experience service leader in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with P&G Finance to implement changes.Manage the cost center closeout process.Manage the chart of accounts used in both the P&G SAP system and Jones Lang LaSalle JD Edwards system.Support Latin American site operations team.Train team members in Finance systems, data analytics.Look for process simplification opportunities, benchmark trends and savings ideas.Monitor that the invoicing process JLL-P&G is executed correctly. Keep track of the JLL invoice to ensure payments on time.Ensure that the established KPIs are successfully achieved in the region.
