Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience working with Red Prairie Discrete software.
- Experience with other warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Red Prairie Discrete.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Red Prairie Discrete certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Red Prairie Discrete system to support warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements or modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Red Prairie Discrete, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on Red Prairie Discrete best practices and system usage.
- Analyze data and generate reports to assess system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Red Prairie Discrete to ensure the organization benefits from the latest capabilities.
