**Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Promote the company's job openings in various networking websites and platforms- Create, update, and maintain job postings in multiple job boards and databases- Conduct initial interviews- Administer hiring tests and consolidate results- Update trackers and submit daily progress to Executives- Keep up to date with recruitment strategies and explore creative ways to attract talent- Identify gaps in the recruitment process and initiate improvements**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or related field- At least 3 years experience as a Recruiter; in-house recruitment or as a headhunter- Business-level proficiency in English and Spanish- Excellent communication skills- Experience hiring through BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, and OnlineJobs is preferred but not required- Skilled proficiency in conducting different types of interviews- Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision- Ability to display absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities**Experience**:- recruitment: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)
