You will partner with recruiting professionals across the globe to execute, support and implement key components of operational activities primarily focused on scheduling interviews which will enable the recruiters to hire fast and effectively.
**How You'll make an impact**
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify and resolve system, process issues and problems
- Partner with various teams within the broader HR and various businesses around the globe to ensure all processes are aligned
- Maintain knowledge of the technology, recruitment processes and systems.
- Maintain the Wrike recruitment knowledge centre in GURU
- Provide consistently high quality work with mínimal errors
- Running reports (some ad-hoc) on a weekly basis.

**You will achieve your best if you have**
- Fluent English language
- Minimum high school diploma
- Experience with Google workplace/MS Office suite
- Hands on experience in an operational support role
- Experience in managing multiple tasks at the same time; meet deadlines and be able to respond to quick, fast action
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve multiple requests simultaneously
- A highly organized, problem solver who is comfortable with anticipating needs
**You will stand out with**
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and processes
- Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, marketing or communications
- Analytical skills and the ability to look for actionable data in the process
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies to help drive continuous improvement
- Experience with recruitment systems like Greenhouse or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to raise questions or issues.
