**Main Purpose of Job**: (Brief Summary)
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection, and the performance process.

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities (List most important first)
- In charge of recruitment and selection, production, administrative and engineer positions.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Administrate elempleo data base.
- Assist to job fairs.
- Responsible for the induction process for new employees
- Coordinate the company internships
- Make employees contracts.
- Responsible for the control of incentive program for production.
- Update induction process, add new employees to Tecapro system.
- Extend offer letter for new employees.
- Active and inactive help desk account request for new employees.
- Coordinate salary increase.
- Responsible to coordinate the performance appraisal for operators and administrative employees and follow up the result of the process.

Knowledge / Education
- High school degree
- Technical degree in Human Resources.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration in HR is a plus
- English knowledge
- Computer skills

Job Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources department
