Responsibilities/Duties _**(will include but not be limited to):
- Work closely with Recruiters, Sourcers and Hiring Managers to support recruiting process
- Responsible of the efficient process execution and transaction support for other stakeholders in compliance with the Talent Acquisition guidelines
- Maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Offer development and delivery support

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications_**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
- _
You must possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related process-oriented field of study._
- _
2+ y_ears of experience in Administrative Support Roles in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree.
- _
Advanced English level_
- _
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.._
