Coordinate team meetings and presentations for projects and routine department gatherings
- Build and deliver reports to support projects and our recruiting process
- Maintain our team's SharePoint site with news posts, training materials, process instructions, and event posts on our calendar
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for recruiting team members
- Read and respond to messages in our recruiting inbox
- Support the recruiting team with projects that vary throughout the year as needed, including implementing new technology, training, recruitment marketing campaigns, updating processes, and working with other People departments on cross-functional initiatives
- Undergraduate degree level education or equivalent experience required
- Fluent and able to smoothly communicate in English
- 2 years' experience working in a human resources project coordination role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, customer service skills, and ability to handle confidential information with care
- Flexibility to work with a distributed team across multiple time zones
