**Recruiting Coordinator, Costa Rica**:

**_ How you'll spend your time here_**:
- Use Greenhouse and Prelude to schedule interviews, communicate schedules and capture feedback from interviewers in a timely manner.
- Handle high volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews, globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
- Generate and send offer letters and employment agreements, globally.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish scalable processes and enable TA systems.
- Initiate background checks and work collaboratively with other onboarding teams to ensure all materials are prepped for new hires.
- Lead and/or collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to achieve company and team OKRs.
- Adhere to laws, rules, regulations, and personal data privacy regulations.
**_WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING_**
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or service-related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite - Google Calendar, Gmail, and Drive.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience crafting and fostering relationships with internal teams.
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle.
- Familiarity with offer generation and background check process.
