Supports the allocated countries in the completion of the Onboarding deliverables
Validates the accuracy of the information submitted in the system and completes the placements in our HCM (Workday) accordingly on timely manner.
Completes operating tasks to ensure the integration of Workday with other platforms on timely manner (e.g.
backfeed with payroll systems when applicable) and escalates any issues that prevent proper functionality to assure remediation.
Completes operational tasks resulted from bulk hiring needs and special projects (P4/STRAP, massive insourcing initiatives, among others) leveraging existing resources and technology features.
Completes the corresponding operating duties to ensure the accomplishment of Service Level Agreements (SLA) related to the Onboarding piece.
Identifies and resolves routine problems and operational issues
Partners closely with counterparts (Recruiting Coordinator and Background Screening teams) to ensure seamless delivery of operations support services to expedite hires completion.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years in Recruiting/ Staffing/ Human Resources preferred
- 2+ years experience with Applicant Tracking System or HRIS preferred
- Strong customer focus, especially in delivering high quality results
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task
