What this job involves
- This an end-to-end Recruiter position, it will support Hiring Managers with their staffing needs in several countries in Latin America (mainly Costa Rica).
**Full Cycle Recruiting**:
- Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level
- Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate
- Utilize internet, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions
- Work with Director of Recruiting to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives
- Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort
- Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives
- Bilingual
- English & Spanish speaking and written communication
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience
- Exhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires to an organization
- Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously
- Recruiting experience in either Healthcare, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Tech forward mentality and experience working in ATS, MS Excel, MS TEAMs; experience with Smartsheets and other online/collaboration technology a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience a plus
- Team player who can also work independently and multitask
- Ability to work in a remote environment, manage changing priorities, and work with a sense of urgency
