4+ years of proven recruiting experience- Fluent in English- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools- MS Office experience - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.- Technical or Non-Technical Recruiter SME.- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills**PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN THE ENGLISH WRITTEN LANGUAGE.
