The Recepcionist will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all reception activities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Serves the public that requests information providing guidance.
- Operates a PBX, making and receiving telephone calls, connecting them with the different extensions.
- Record the visits in daily control according with Emerson and Free Trade Zone requirements.
- Receive and direct visitors.
Coordinate with hosts special requirements for visitors.
- Receive local and international calls from customers and suppliers.
- Receive correspondence and messages addressed to the business units.
- Record the messages addressed to the different people and sections of the business unit.
- Coordinate deliver the correspondence received to the different people and sections, as well as the messages received.
- Complies with the rules and procedures regarding integral security, established by the organization.
- Keep in order equipment and work space, reporting any anomaly.
- Comply with the entry and exit control requirements as established in the Free Trade Zone Law and in accordance with the internal procedures of the organization.
- Make Meeting Rooms Reservation according with the established procedure..
- Send communications related to the Facilities Department (all the Site or some business units).
- Use different systems to meet the requirements of Trade Compliance screening process.
- Administration of office supplies for the Facilities Department.
- Work as a communication contact between the internal customers and the Facilities Department.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- College degree (Administration or similar) or close to completion.
- Intermediate English (B1).
- + 2 years of experience in Customer Service
