**Job Summary**
Respond to employees and the public in a timely and efficient manner through the telephone
change and personally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Creation and deactivation of access badges for associates and visitors according to internal procedures
- In charge of controlling the access of people entering the company, being the first point of contact.
- Travel Coordinator for associates Business Trips
- Receiving external providers and documentation of incidences
- Coordination of courier shipments
- Quote and order supplies according to the organizational needs
- Coordination of the transportation services for the associates
- File and organize company documents
- Elaborate human resources reports according to requirements
- Vacation control for associates
- Support in the logistics of organizational events
- Responsible for assistance tasks for Human Resources (onboarding topics, benefits, insurance, certifications, among others)
**Qualifications**:
- Technical or associates degree in Customer Service, administration or equivalent.
- Experience of two years in equivalent positions
- English (B2 or higher)
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Teams, Word
- Organized, structured, self-motivated, customer service oriented, time management, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
