Around 9,000 associates at 27 locations support national and international customers in more than 35 languages, primarily from the automotive, travel and transportation, and logistics sectors as well as information and communication technology. _**Job Description**:**Job Summary**Respond to employees and the public in a timely and efficient manner through the telephonechange and personally, maintaining high standards of customer service.**Responsibilities**- Creation and deactivation of access badges for associates and visitors according to internal procedures- In charge of controlling the access of people entering the company, being the first point of contact.- Travel Coordinator for associates Business Trips- Receiving external providers and documentation of incidences- Coordination of courier shipments- Quote and order supplies according to the organizational needs- Coordination of the transportation services for the associates- File and organize company documents- Elaborate human resources reports according to requirements- Vacation control for associates- Support in the logistics of organizational events- Responsible for assistance tasks for Human Resources (onboarding topics, benefits, insurance, certifications, among others)**Qualifications**:- Technical or associates degree in Customer Service, administration or equivalent.- Experience of two years in equivalent positions- English (B2 or higher)- Knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Teams, Word- Organized, structured, self-motivated, customer service oriented, time management, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Additional Information
