**Role & Responsibilities**:
Engage and network with real estate professionals including realtors, attorneys, and other industry professionals to identify potential property deals.

Connect with and nurture warm leads, specifically potential home sellers who've shown interest due to our marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the team to drive our property acquisition targets, with a focus on obtaining purchase agreements for distressed properties.

Implement, maintain, and refine systems for effective communication and workflow.

Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous growth.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A full-time commitment with a willingness to operate within USA (Eastern Time) hours.
- A distraction-free, dedicated home office environment.
- An innate drive for personal and professional growth.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, always eager to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ¢3,200.62 - ¢4,267.49 per hour
