Real Estate Investments Specialist

This person will be responsible for qualifying potential real estate investors in order to present them with properties in our inventory that they can purchase.
We are looking for people who are goal oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, who can thrive in fast-paced sales environments.
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and follow the OfferTico property disposition process.
- Prospect for potential buyers/investors.
- Qualify investors.
- Evaluate properties.
- Negotiate property sales with buyers.
- Timely follow-ups for securing deals.
- Maintain comprehensive, up to date knowledge on the real estate market.
- C1 english or better
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Able to work on-site in the GAM area
- Strong negotiation skills
- College enrollment history at minimum
