We're helping one of our clients, Remote Latinos, hire a Real Estate Acquisition Manager."Providing job opportunities in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry"Compensation: USD7 - 15/hour.Location: Remote (for Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Cuba, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Equatorial, Uruguay, Perú, Chile, Panamá, Guatemala, Bolivia, El Salvador and Honduras residents).Skills: No experience, but interested in contract management, outbound calls, market research and pipeline management.Responsibilities and more:- Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities.- Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline.- Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.- Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.- Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.- Contract Management using DocuSign.
