We're helping one of our clients, **Remote Latinos**,hire a **Real Estate Acquisition Manager.**"Providing job opportunities in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry."Compensation**:USD7 - 15/hour.**Location**:Remote (for Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Equatorial Guinea, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Paraguay, Honduras, and Dominican Republic residents).**Skills**:Interested in lead management, outbound calls, contract management, market research, and pipeline management.**Responsibilities and more:- Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities.- Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline.- Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.- Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.- Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.- Contract Management using DocuSign.Pay: ¢3,658.00 - ¢7,839.00 per hour
