**R2R TEAM LEAD**:
Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **R2R Team Lead**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Oversee and monitor the GL accounting and reconciliation track and ensure smooth delivery of transactional activities.
Ensure reconciliation and closing deadlines are met and in compliance with service levels, company policies and procedures.
- Review accuracy and timeliness of accounting data entry and reconciliation as well as undertake corrective measures if required
- Review data quality captured in General Ledger module and propose improvements to Manager to assist Financial/ Management reporting.
- Ensure compliance to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for increased process efficiency.
- Take the lead in issue resolution of operational matters.
- Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 4 - 8 years of work experience
- 2 years of shared services experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and/ or Finance or in the related field.
- Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Excellent leadership and management skills (e.g.
planning, organisation, direction of employees)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
