- The R2R Senior Associate reports to the R2R Team Lead and will be responsible for supporting the processes assigned providing general guidance to the Team and supporting the process assigned to meet objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of quality financial statements in accordance with local statutory requirements and U.S. GAAP.
- Act as a point of contact for all technical queries for their assigned markets.
- Maintain strong SOX environment such that there are no material weaknesses and there are clear remediation plans for significant deficiencies and Internal Audit issues.
- Provide support for the US GAAP and Local Statutory audit for the markets assigned.
- Ensure high quality for the Balance Sheet reconciliation for the process assigned.
- Build strong business partnerships with other organizations related to the Financial close process (Tax, FP&A, Legal, Compliance, etc)
- Manage processes to facilitate the review of the upper management as an effort to guarantee financial statements accuracy.
- Experience, Skills, Knowledge:
- Accounting technical degree and/or bachelor's degree Student from an accredited University
- High Proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Hands on experience with SAP / ERP systems and Cadency
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
- Excellence in Operation results has the proper tracking systems in place to achieve a good close, in terms of both timing and quality.
- Ability to work with and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
