Are you organized, great at communication, and a movies fan? As a Quote Assistant at Ajax Creative, you'll prepare, manage, and track quotations for our production services. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive accurate and competitive quotes promptly, aligning with Ajax's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes based on customer specifications and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance teams to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
- Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Support the sales representatives as a point of contact for clients regarding quote-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and customers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide updates on the status of quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations, including documentation and correspondence.
- Update and manage quote tracking systems and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Prepare regular reports on quote activity, win/loss rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Ensure all quotations and related activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
- Maintain and update quote templates and documentation to reflect current pricing, terms, and conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM and quoting software (HubSpot).
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
