As a Quality Systems Engineer you will directly support the implementation and improvement of our Quality Systems and collaterals associated to ISO 9001:2015 Standards. You will primarily support all the activities related to Document Management Information Systems to support a flawless and effective operation in an HVM Factory.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills needed to influence the quality culture across the organization.
- Highly Proactive and with good problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field.
- 2+ years of combined experience in:
- Quality Systems Management in Electronics Industry or similar.
- Working in Multidisciplinary / Multicultural Teams.
- Document Management activities.
- Advanced English Level.
- Must have Costa Rican Work Permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO9001:2015 requirements and auditing is a strong plus.
