**Our Team**
The Quality Team's role is to prevent client impacting errors and reduce financial liability from errors and defects in our business.
Secondarily, the team looks to improve business efficiency and operations to enable global solutions in the products and services we provide to the marketplace.
- The role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager
- The role provides a holistic perspective of Catalina's business, enabling cross-functional experience and a client focus.
- As part of this team, you will be helping to identify business processes and systems that need improvement and take part in the ideation of new solutions to our business challenges.
The primarily focus is CPG and Retail In-store advertising/promotion products & services, with some exposure to Digital.
**Responsibilities**
- Strives for 100% quality execution by following the QA process and guidelines for conducting thorough program checks to identify and prevent all defects from going live.
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in carrying out program reviews and working with stakeholders, ensuring that the appropriate documents and sources are verified and reinforced.
- Demonstrates effective time-management and teamwork to ensure that business demand and production goals are met.
- Ability to handle objections with tact and professionalism when identifying defects and reinforcing the QA process to limit liability and risk.
- Embraces a continuous improvement mindset in the analysis of pre-live defects and live issues; utilizes problem-solving tools and techniques to identify and make recommendations for error-proofing the process.
- Contributes to team and management meetings by sharing best practices, feedback on findings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Creation and continuous improvement of necessary quality documentation (training, checklists, best practices, etc.)
in conjunction with internal partners and Catalina University.
- Demonstrate high degree of flexibility and proactive critical thinking to anticipate and address potential roadblocks/issues to ensure business and client needs are met.
- Manage campaign workflow across Customer Delivery and/or Sales team to ensure client investment is on track, executed flawlessly and completed on time.
- Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments regarding troubleshooting issues and other requests specific to campaign execution; help troubleshoot and resolve any campaign execution issues
- Ensure that Leadership and all value stream stakeholders are informed of any barriers, compliance issues, or risk are discovered during quality reviews
- Adhere to executional best practices to ensure overall quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain understanding of all media campaign management tools to serve as internal consultant and knowledge resource on system and targeting capabilities to align with specific campaign objectives.
**Qualifications**
- ** EDUCATION**: College degree in marketing, business, or related field required.
- ** EXPERIENCE**: Minimum of 5 years industry experience in Promotions, Advertising, Marketing, Campaign Management or Shared Services organizations required, 7+ years of experience preferred.
- Demonstrate agility, a continuous improvement mindset, and action-orientation; Lean Six Sigma background is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work in teams and be flexible
- Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines and works well under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; data analysis, brand management, and skills drawing logical conclusions based on numerical results
