As a Quality Manufacturing System Engineer, you will be in charge of working closely with Manufacturing stakeholders to support quality events, induced due to manufacturing and ensure to close this event, aligned with the production goals.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to lead established programs, varying in domain areas/focus areas, complexity and business functions, and scope that may have an operational focus to assure Intel's new product high volume inventory, Quality Manufacturing Systems are successfully transfer and function in Costa Rica Assembly Test.
Drives the operational implementation and management of ongoing programs in line with new technologies/new products, requirements, and corporate guidelines to achieve specific business objectives such as developing new solutions, improving operational efficiencies, or enhancing customer experience thru Quality.
It will drive programs/projects that will improve Quality on the Manufacturing floor and works to advance Copy Exactly.
It will drive Quality system matching prior implementation or improvements for new technologies/products or legacy ones to assure proper landing to CRAT ATM. Will coordinate knowledge transfer and improvement through the VF.
Quality Manufacturing System Engineer works closely with program team members and cross functional partners (Engineering, NPI, TEG, ATTD) to develop a program roadmap, assign key responsibilities, and define an appropriate schedule for key milestones.
It will exercise decision making authority at program level to coordinate interdependencies among multiple teams and/or organizations, prioritize utilization of resources, and calibrate direction when required.
Will define key performance indicators or success metrics by program, monitors progress at regular intervals, and reports on status to senior leadership.
Assess on the quality excursion risk assessment. Continue driving the quality awareness across the pipeline by organize the quality program. Get involve into all the quality related CIPs.
Perform detailed investigation on all suspected Manufacturing system related issues and excursion.
To represent Manufacturing in VF/Department Quality Meeting (YQMRC, Yield Task Force, etc.), provide coaching/guidance to MTS on the root cause finding.
Conduct Self Audit to compliance IQSA/ISO requirement.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Licentiate degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality for high volume production.
- At least 2 years of experience with: FMEA, MBPS, Knowledge Management.
- Advance skills in MS office.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.
- Experience/ knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraint.
- ATM Previous Experience is a plus.
- Experience/ knowledge in: Workstream/Lot Details, ATRMS, FORM UI, RTD, PAC, NGWITTS, ION, ILM, MMS, xCCB, Speed, CATTS, LCAD, ICATCH, HDR.
- Data analytics, visualization, and inference; SQLP, PBI.
