**Quality Manager**:
**Heredia** | **Full-time** | **Unlimited***
**Your tasks**:
- Responsible for the quality level of products & services
- Creates and or modifies the Quality Control Procedures and Inspection plans
- Be accountable for project scheduling to assure that timelines and deadlines are met in the most efficient and
- economical manner
- Manages the company Corrective Action Tracking System (CATS) to resolve quality issues with vendors,
- customers and company personnel in a timely manner
- Assist with failure reporting and corrective actions related to customer issues
- Supports internal and external audits, determine root causes, takes corrective actions and prevent any
- deficiencies and discrepancies observed in accordance with AS9100 standard
- Supervises the activities of Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection team members
- Familiarity with SPC methods and techniques to be able to implement SPC metrics within the company
- Establishes and maintains the vendor rating system and performs periodic on-site vendor quality audits
- Manages AS9102 First Article Verifications (FAV) and associated data package
- Manages the KPI and other ISO related reports
- Helps with product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Helps with the selection and implementation of quality control equipment, such as inspection gauges
- Other relevant duties as assigned**Your profile**:
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in Quality
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control management in a manufacturing environment and 3 years supervisory experience required
- SAP or other ERP is highly desirable skill.
- Skills/Knowledge:
- SAP or other ERP is highly desirable skill
- Knowledge of product compliance, industry, MIL-SPEC, SPC, and QMS
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent problem
- solving skills
- Strong analytical skills to work with engineering and production personnel
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment
- Personal Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
