Drive definition of a quality policy, that considers customer perspective, as well as the different areas requirements.
- Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards for the services provided.
- Work with different area owners to understand processes and ensure documents are properly documented considering quality standards
- Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, evaluating, and improving the services provided.
- Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment, conducts quality assurance tests, and performs statistical analysis to assess the services conformance to required standards and specifications.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
- May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
- Work with Lab Manager and Process Engineers to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and establishes methods for maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.
- Develops metrics to measure capacity and output, and to identify flow bottlenecks.
- Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
Based on these studies, develops, and implements improvement plans and programs and revisions to operating methods.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Intermediate to Advanced English level
- Customer service experience
- Quality assurance experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Test Harness (TTK, ITP, Dediprog)
- Lean, Six Sigma experience
