Drive definition of a quality policy, that considers customer perspective, as well as the different areas requirements.- Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards for the services provided.- Work with different area owners to understand processes and ensure documents are properly documented considering quality standards- Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, evaluating, and improving the services provided.- Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment, conducts quality assurance tests, and performs statistical analysis to assess the services conformance to required standards and specifications.- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.- May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.- Work with Lab Manager and Process Engineers to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and establishes methods for maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.- Develops metrics to measure capacity and output, and to identify flow bottlenecks.- Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
