**_Responsabilities: _**
- Be able to execute two or more of the processes performed by Quality, like quality inspection, case categorization, photo assessment, and concerns.
- Depending on the process (es), the Quality Dentist I will have the following responsibilities (as applicable):
- Examine scans or dental impressions of the patients to determine the design of orthodontic products to be created.
- Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for treatment plan development.
- Review aligner treatment plans meet quality criteria prior to finalizing and submitting for endorsed local provider (ELP) review.
- Review feedback from dental and orthodontic professionals on plans, incorporating requests into a revised plan.
- When required, provide the necessary support/feedback/coaching to the team members to help them to improve their quality and/or productivity performance.
- Provide communication about changes in the protocols and relevant clinical information, as needed.
- Provide feedback about the quality of the cases based on their assessment.
- Participate in Special Projects, process/quality improvement initiatives and other duties as needed.
- Take the assigned portable computer home every day, in order to maintain connectivity to SDC and the ability to perform required tasks offsite (if applicable).
- Meet quality and productivity performance goals for the duties executed.
- Follow SOPs, internal policies, and requirements
- Ability/flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and technical level

**_Qualifications: _**
- Licenciate in Doctor of Dental Surgery is a must.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a Clinical position within the Setup Quality Team meeting quality and efficiency goals, is a must.
English level B2.
