- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in chiropractic care and quality assurance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a chiropractic clinic or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts to staff members.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change within an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
- Certification in quality management or healthcare quality (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ) preferred.
