Quality Control Manager - Chiropractic Clinic

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of clinic operations, including patient appointments, treatment protocols, and documentation practices.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with clinic management and staff to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Provide training to clinic staff on quality control protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality control metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in chiropractic care and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a chiropractic clinic or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts to staff members.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change within an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
- Certification in quality management or healthcare quality (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ) preferred.
