- Completed University Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance (QA), performance metrics and/or KPI audit experience.
- 3+ years of experience in internal/external stakeholder, customer, performance and escalation management.
- 3+ years of process mapping/improvement experience.

This is a non-virtual, full-time, permanent, exempt (non-hourly) position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration.
The selected Quality, Audit and Compliance Senior Specialist will act as global quality and audit specialist, ensuring periodically review of procurement processes and execution to ensure accuracy, compliance to policy/process, and improve efficiency. The role of Quality Specialist is to execute formal evaluation of the effectiveness of the entire chain of procurement process to assess amongst other things, the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function besides the efficacy of the control mechanisms in place, with the overall objective of improving the entire gamut of procurement practices.
Key job responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of integrated end-to-end tools, templates and processes that support the procurement lifecycle based on audit findings
- Promote and support a culture of compliance, risk avoidance/mitigation and accountability.
- Develop, measure and deliver against quality measures and other better practice metrics
- Connect with external networks to identify industry best practices in audits and compliance.
- Create, maintain, communicate and implement procurement quality/audit processes, RACIs, etc.
- Present findings and work with stakeholders to provide improvements on GAP findings and audit results.

- This is not a virtual position. If selected for this role, you will be required to work from our SJO11 building, located in Centro Corporativo El Tobogán, Calle Blancos, San José in a hybrid-model, attending three days to the office and two days from home.
- Our production schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm (OR) 8:00am to 5:00pm. Night and "graveyard" shifts are not available at this time.
- Ability to travel within EU or NA as required and when deemed safe according to company and local guidance (up to 15% of role).
- This role does not support down-leveling or promotion through requisition. Applicants must already be at the level of the role to be eligible for consideration.
