**Responsibilities**:
Key member of the Global Operational Excellence team, helping to continuously improve and execute our Quality Program.
Support management and leadership for the design, development and implementation of programs to create a risk awareness culture on the account and minimize compliance gaps and risk.
Support the Quality Lead in developing and executing quality assurance programs and requirements by ensuring that services and documentation (Policies, Playbooks, SOP, etc.) in full accordance and compliance with JLL, client policies and procedures.
Responsible to work with delivery teams to provide Quality requirements and review SOP's, change control documentation, investigations, discrepancies, Corrective and Preventative Actions where defects are found within SOPs, and training materials used by the team in the performance of their work and also is accountable to keep updated applicable quality management system in place.
Interface with the account SME to ensure that applicable SOPs are followed, and that the work performed by the team is documented and recorded for accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations, international standards, and internal procedures
Works with integrated service lines to ensure that quality assurance strategy and controls are developed and implemented
Support development and implementation of account Quality training, as needed
Seeks to continuously improve quality processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Performance Dashboard, Sampling Tracker, etc.) with focus on streamlining and automating reporting where necessary and applicable
Contribute to Quality account communications, ensuring Quality engagement and understanding across the account
**Requirements**:
Policy, Standards and Controls knowledge is a must.
Minimum three years of experience with an organization's quality control procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Experience of dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills and attention to detail
Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of clients and colleagues at various seniority levels, including executives
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, making decisions where necessary and solve problems efficiently
Demonstrates personal accountability, ownership and an ability to work effectively under pressure
Team player who works effectively with colleagues and clients and who has the ability to establish good relationships with both
Ability to prioritize workload and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, with high level of assertiveness
A thoughtful, cheerful and positive attitude is essential as is a genuine enthusiasm for the work that will be undertaken
Desired Skills and Experience
Post-secondary / Bachelor's degree
5+ years general business experience, preferably in audit, legal, risk and compliance, or related field
Certifications in Six Sigma, Risk Management, and/or Audit preferred
Commercial real estate / facilities management experience preferred
Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently without direct instruction and in a highly matrixed team, influencing multi-cultural and highly geographically dispersed teams remotely
Strong analytical and compliance skills with disciplined approach to details and ability to see the big picture
Problem Solving, including the ability to use strong logic and linkage of related data points to solve problems and create effective new solutions
Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (e. Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
