- ** Researches system issues, identifying process improvements, communicating changes and issues to leadership, and testing key enhancements.

- ** Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards**:
- ** Tests functional enhancements being implemented by vendors and integrated systems.

- ** Escalating system issues, identifying process improvements, communicating changes and issues to leadership, and testing key enhancements.

**Qualifications**:
- ** 2-4 years of relevant experience**:
- ** Fluent English is required in this position**
- ** Experience in banking, preferably in **compliance and quality assurance documentation.
**:
- ** Demonstrated organizational and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.
**:
- ** Excellent time management skills, effective communication skills (written and verbal) and proven analytical/problem solving abilities.
