Quality Assurance Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Partner with key business leaders/customers to identify and evaluate key drivers to accelerate IT support areas performance.
- Act as a process improvement practitioner by leading efforts to enhance processes, reduce waste and increase effectiveness of the ITE department.
- Educate and train IT support members in process improvement tools, and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate IT support members on ITIL service management process, to validate compliance with established standard procedures.
**V. KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance duties.
- **Language**: Fluent English and Spanish or English 85-95%.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Education: Quality Assurance Junior (high school diploma) and Bachelor in progress.
- Quality Assurance Senior bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineer, or related fields.
