Quality Analyst We are seeking a Quality Analyst specializing in food engineering or biotechnology, with a focus on food, beverages, and/or supplements, to join our team.
This role is essential for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes, aligning with regulatory and company requirements.
Responsibilities Conduct quality control tests and inspections for food, beverages, and supplements, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify quality specifications.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Maintain and update documentation related to quality testing, audits, and inspections.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend process improvements.
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
Stay informed of industry standards and advancements in food safety and biotechnology.
Requirements Academic/Training Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Experience 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in the food, beverages, and/or supplements industry.
Skills Proficiency in English (advanced level required).
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and food safety regulations.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, daytime full-time schedules only.
Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days work from home).
