We are looking for our QSHE and Security Manager for the Baltics.
** Your Role **:In this role, you are part of the leadership teams of the countries you are responsible for. You ensure that all our QSHE and security related processes and qualifications are up to the highest standards. To help you with that, there is a strong global network of experts in this field you are encouraged to work together with.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- Implement and execute the QSHE policies and strategy on a national level
- mplement and monitor QHSE targets, and perform data analytics on KPIs to track performance, identify opportunities of
- improvement, and escalate if necessary
- Provide status updates and KPI reports on a national, regional, and global level to key stakeholders
- Coordinate and host or accompany internal and external audits (vendors, customers, certification bodies, authorities, etc.), including the issuance of the yearly audition plan
- Initiate gap analysis, develop, improve and validate QSHE process improvements, CAPA and training material. Identify opportunities to improve QSHE standards and efficiency as well as to assist on continuous improvement projects
- Support internal functions, Branch Management, Business and Functional Units and their customers on QSHE topics
- Lead/ support on investigation of QSHE incidents (H&S, quality issues, etc.) and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Implement, develop and create awareness and positive acceptance of the QSHE & Security standards and ensure adherence throughout the organisation in order to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction #LI-KP1
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a QSHE manager in a similar environment (distribution, warehousing, production, construction, etc.)
- You are certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, and ideally also in GxP
- A relevant degree or diploma is a strong advantage
- You come from a strong Quality Assurance background, with experience in investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA
- You have successfully worked with LEAN and/or Six Sigma
- You have excellent communication (written and spoken) skills in English. Any of the local languages (Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian or Russian) is an advantage.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skill, which help you to build trustful relationships on all levels of our organisation
- You are well-organised, able to think on a strategic level, set goals and ensure execution
